FRESH FLOWERS

All fresh flowers and arrangements are guaranteed to arrive fresh and healthy. Because flowers are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions once they leave our care, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you’re not happy with the quality or condition of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos. We’ll take a look and do our best to make it right.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Because flowers are grown specifically for each share, all sales are final and shares are non-refundable once the season begins; cancellations made before the start of subscription are eligible for a full refund.

SEEDS

We take great care in selecting and storing the seeds we offer, and we regularly test them to ensure they meet our quality standards and have strong germination.

Because our seeds are open-pollinated, you may occasionally notice some natural variation in the packet. This is part of the charm of growing from seed. For the best results, we recommend following the growing information provided with your order.

If you experience a problem with your seed after following our recommendations, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the seed is still available, we will do our best to provide a replacement or, where appropriate, refund the original purchase price of the seed.

Wakey Wakey Flowers is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from crop failure. Any concerns must be reported within one year of the original purchase date.

TUBERS, BULBS, CORMS, CUTTINGS

Because live plant material is perishable, all tubers, bulbs, corms, and cuttings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We carefully inspect all orders before they are shipped out. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.

EVENT & CUSTOM ORDERS

All event work, custom floral orders and installations are final sale. These include, weddings, events, custom designed arrangements, special order items. Changes or cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your event agreement or invoice.
